Work with me

As well as running dance fitness, ZUMBA, Pilates and mindfulness classes for groups and individuals, I’m also involved in delivering classes for organisations across a variety of sectors including charities, media, local authorities, care groups and private companies. I specialise in working with active older adults and those with limited movement and long term health conditions. Over the last 2 years I have mastered the art of delivering classes on ZOOM. This has helped those who are unable to attend physical classes to stay active and connected.

I am proud to be involved with the #makeyourmove campaign which has been initiated by the Richmond Group of charities.

Our aim is to support lung health in a positive way. Our partnership with Anne Little of Just Movement provided us with the opportunity to support our beneficiaries to live well with a lung condition. Feelgood Fridays, have motivated and improved physical and mental well-being during a very tough time. We have created a supportive digital community, that promotes well-being and addresses social isolation a vital lifeline for many. Each session improved my mood and my energy levels,

Anne Little is fabulous, she connects so well and makes the 45 minute exercise session so enjoyable. Many thanks to BLF for organizing the Feel Good Fridays  – brilliant and very much appreciated.

Working with Anne from Just Movement has been an absolute pleasure.  She is highly experienced and professional,  and the care she takes over her work is exemplary. She fully understands the audience of the Richmond Group of Charities – people living with long term health conditions – and works incredibly hard to ensure whatever she delivers to them is appropriate and well as enjoyable. Our audience warmed to her immediately and our work is undoubtedly enhanced by her contributions.

‘Just Movement’ was approached and subsequently commissioned to work with the Richmond Group of Charities’ physical activity programme, to support the development and delivery of an exclusive DVD and set of online videos designed to help support people living with health conditions to be active in a way that works for them.

The Richmond Group had been signposted to Just Movement after Anne Little had worked with one of the member charities, and Anne was then selected to support the team on the project. Anne was key in the development of the concept and subsequently went on to design a bespoke chair based dance session to be included in the DVD for this audience – the barriers to whom can be living with fluctuating physical and mental symptoms.

Following the success of this, Anne was then approached to help develop the physical activity offering in a key, high profile media partnership with the Richmond Group’s award winning campaign We Are Undefeatable. This resulted in her working with the cast of Loose Women to coach them in the type of physical activity that would be accessible to an audience of people living with long term health conditions.
